Return and Replacement Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may seek a return or a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Returns at a Retail Store
If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy. We cannot accept returns of products purchased from other retail outlets.
Returns to Supersmile
If you purchased a Supersmile product over the phone or from our website, please call one of our friendly customer service representatives toll free at 1-800-253-0794 for complete return instructions. Supersmile reserves the right to substitute a product of equal value and nature if the original product becomes unavailable. Products specified as non-returnable cannot be returned. Supersmile reserves the right to refuse returns for an unreasonable quantity of items or items that may not have been purchased within the last year. A full refund may be requested within 30 days of purchase and items must be in original packaging. We do not refund shipping cost and return shipping will be at the consumer’s expense.
Damaged Items or Our Error
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damages that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear. However, if any damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 1-800-253-0794.
