I bought this gum and chewed it every day for a week and i saw a slight shade change. My family and friends noticed the difference. I still chew it every couple of days. COMBINE it with the toothpaste and activator--then WATCH OUT YOU WILL NOTICE A BIG DIFFERENCE!!!! I will be using this product for a long time. my husband and kids also love it.
