How to Use

Before brushing, rinse with approximately 1 teaspoon (5 ml) and swish for 30 seconds. For those with sensitivity, dilute slightly with water. Do not swallow. On a dry toothbrush, place a pearl-size drop of Professional Whitening Toothpaste. Brush in circular motions for 2 minutes, twice daily.
